Belinda is the Director of Public Affairs at TCG. She has more than 18 years of public involvement, community outreach and project management experience. She has participated in the design, implementation, and execution of public affairs projects for the public and corporate sectors. . She is well-versed in developing communication strategies for transportation, environmental and public works projects. Belinda has extensive knowledge navigating political structures, devising win-win solutions, conducting public meetings and report writing. She received her MS of Higher Education from Kaplan University and is a Master Certified Project Manager through ESI/George Washington University.
